Live 2 Learn

Key Club International members are urged to support the Major Emphasis Program through hands-on service with a new service initiative program, Live 2 Learn.

Live 2 Learn focuses on helping children, ages 5-9, overcome learning obstacles so they can be successful and give back to their home, school, and community.

This new emphasis allows Key Club members to direct their efforts to a single area of need to make a substantial impact. The emphasis area will rotate every two years.

Key Club members are serving primary school children in three areas:

  • Improving grades: Mentoring, tutoring, and developing reading improvement programs will address a major need in all communities.
  • Giving back: Key Club members are working with primary schools to coordinate service projects for young students to participate in within their primary school. Key Clubbers are mentoring, role-modeling, and teaching youth to be lifelong servant leaders.
  • Growing together: By stimulating imagination and learning through creative crafts and drama, members are sparking growth and personal development in children.
