Do you want to make changes? Do you not agree with something in the By-Laws? Do you want to have your voice heard? Well heres your chance. Very soon the NYD By-laws will be on www.NYDKC.org and you will be able to voice your opinion. There will be a comment box that will be directly forwarded to me, EA Zack. Then next year at the House of Delegates the changes that the lieutenant governors see fit to make, will be voted on.
