Hey NYD Key Clubbers!

We are proud to announce the creation of the NY District’s first ever Kiwanis Pediatric Trauma Center (KPTC) Committee!

This committee’s purpose is to educate Key Clubbers about the mission of the Kiwanis Pediatric Trauma Centers, increase Key Club involvement in fundraising to support our KPTCs and promote child safety and accident prevention programs.

 

Committee Structure:
Since we have KPTCs in Albany, Buffalo and on Long Island, we will have three NYD Key Club Board members on the District Committee. Each of these District Committee members will form their own Regional Committees act as that committee’s liaison to the District Committee.

~North Shore-LIJ (Division’s 1-12):

Committee Plans

• Establish a working structure for the NYD Key Club KPTC Committee.
• Increase Key Club fundraising for New York District’s KPTCs.
• Develop a NYD Key Club KPTC Committee reference binder.
• Strengthen the relationship between NYD Key Club and the
• Kiwanis KPTC Foundation Boards
• Support the efforts of the Regional Key Club KPTC Committees.
• Promote children’s safety throughout the NYD.
