Hey New York District! The role of the Kiwanis-Family Relations Committee is to improve the relationships between the differentbranches of the K-Family which include Kiwanis, Aktion Club, Circle K,Builder’s Club and K-Kids. Why do we have to interact with these other organizations? The answer is simple: we all love service, and we’re all a branch from Kiwanis. This year, the goal of the New YorkDistrict for K-Family Hours is 15,000 service hours. This may seem like a lot, but as a District I know that we can achieve it. Make sureto have at least three or more members at an event with three or more members of the other branches, and just like that, you have K-Family hours! Make sure to keep in touch with your corresponding Kiwanis Club. They lovehaving Key Clubbers come to their events and help out! Prepare to see new and improved resources from the Committee! We’ll have separate brochures on separate branches, a book dedicated to improving communication between branches and much more! We want to make getting K-Family hours as easy as possible, and withyour help, I am assured that we will reach, and even surpass our goal! Have an amazing year, and remember to keep in touch with your corresponding K-Family Clubs! Yours ever in Frienship & Service, Dylan Gross Lieutenant Governor of Division 7 K-Family Relations Committee Chair New York District of Key Club International
