The By-Laws are now online, available as a PDF file. Below is a link to the comment and suggestion box. Feel free to read the by-laws, then below in the box either anonymously or you can state your name and home club, write what you want to see put in, or taken out of the By-Laws. Then the District Board will look at your suggestions, take them under review.
